Imperial Traffic & Data Collection is supported by an experienced team specializing in traffic data collection, turning movement counts, ATR studies, traffic gap studies, near miss safety studies, QA/QC review, and transportation field services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

President
Lindsey Klein
Lindsey Klein graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to establishing Imperial Traffic & Data Collection, Lindsey gained over 12 years of experience as a Traffic Signal Operations and Transportation Project Engineer.
At Imperial, Lindsey leads transportation data collection and traffic study projects including turning movement counts, ATR studies, traffic gap studies, travel time studies, radar speed studies, and near miss safety studies. She has managed projects throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York supporting transportation agencies, engineering consultants, counties, municipalities, and regional planning organizations.
Lindsey currently serves as Data Collection Lead on projects for PennDOT Districts 4-0, 5-0, 6-0, 8-0, and 11-0, the City of Pittsburgh, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, Delaware Department of Transportation, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and numerous county and local agency projects.

Vice President
Michael Klein
At Imperial Traffic & Data Collection, Michael oversees field operations and transportation data collection activities throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York. Mike manages equipment deployments, field coordination, and traffic data collection operations including turning movement counts, ATR studies, radar speed studies, traffic gap studies, and transportation field services.
Throughout his career, Mike has completed thousands of traffic data collection equipment installations supporting transportation engineering, planning, and safety projects. He currently holds an IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification and training certification in flagging operations.

Business Development
& Engineering Support Manager
Lindsey Ulizio, PE
Lindsey Ulizio is a Professional Engineer with 15 years of national and international experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning, focused on improving mobility, operations, and user experience through innovative transportation solutions. She brings strong leadership, communication, customer service, analytical, and organizational skills supporting transportation engineering and traffic data collection projects.
In her role as Business Development & Engineering Support Manager, Lindsey supports client and partner relations, proposal development, project coordination, data analysis, and strategic business development initiatives for Imperial Traffic & Data Collection. She assists the Imperial team in supporting turning movement counts, ATR studies, traffic gap studies, near miss safety studies, and transportation data collection services.

Senior Data Analyst
Heather Furey
Heather started with Imperial in 2021 after coming from the computer graphics space. Heather leads QA/QC review, traffic data processing, and formatting for transportation data collection projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Heather enjoys the day to day functions of her role.

Office Manager
Jennifer Esposito
Jen Esposito supports Imperial’s transportation data collection operations through project coordination, invoicing, client support, and administrative management. She assists the team with scheduling, proposal support, and operational coordination for transportation engineering and traffic study projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Technical Support
Steve Folmer
Steve supports Imperial’s transportation data collection operations through equipment management, deployment coordination, and proposal support activities. His responsibilities include maintaining traffic data collection equipment, assisting with field operations logistics, and supporting transportation engineering and traffic study pursuits. Steve is IMSA Work Zone Safety Certified. Steve is also a certified trainer for Flagging.

Field Technician
Antwyon Hodges
Antwyon joined the Imperial Traffic & Data Collection field team in 2023 and serves a leading role supporting transportation data collection and field operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He manages equipment installations, transportation field deployments, maintenance activities, and on-site coordination for traffic study projects including turning movement counts, ATR studies, radar speed studies, and traffic gap studies.
Antwyon is recognized within the Imperial team for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to getting the job done safely and efficiently. He routinely supports projects requiring extensive travel and field coordination while maintaining a positive and dependable approach to daily operations. Antwyon currently holds an IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification.

Digital Asset & QA/QC Technician
Paolo Sosavalepatino
Paolo joined the Imperial Traffic & Data Collection team in 2023 and serves an important role supporting video data management, QA/QC review, and transportation field operations. He assists with organizing traffic data collection activities, reviewing field deployments, coordinating video data processing, and supporting transportation engineering and traffic study projects.
Paolo is an integral part of Imperial’s in-house operations team, helping maintain accurate, organized, and responsive transportation data collection services.

Data Analyst
Tyler Gearhart
Tyler joined the Imperial Traffic & Data Collection team in 2023 and supports a wide range of transportation data collection and field operations activities. His responsibilities include queue observations, traffic gap studies, video uploads and organization, file storage management, ATR count verification, and supporting daily operational coordination for transportation engineering projects.
Tyler serves as a dependable resource within the Imperial team, assisting with responsive project delivery, field support, and data organization across multiple ongoing assignments. He currently holds an IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification and is a certified trainer in flagging operations.

Field Technician
Colby Boehler
Colby joined the Imperial Traffic & Data Collection field team in 2024 and supports transportation data collection and field operations activities throughout the region. He assists with equipment installations, traffic study deployments, maintenance activities, and transportation field support for a variety of engineering and planning projects.
Colby is a dependable member of the Imperial field team and supports responsive project delivery through safe and efficient field operations. He currently holds an IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification and is a certified trainer in flagging operations.

Field Technician
Sean Feeley
Sean joined the Imperial Traffic & Data Collection field team in 2024 and supports transportation data collection and field operations activities for a variety of traffic study and engineering projects. He assists with equipment installations, field support activities, and transportation data collection efforts throughout the region.
Sean contributes to Imperial’s field operations team by supporting daily project needs and maintaining safe work practices in the field. He is also a certified trainer in flagging operations.

Field Technician
Kevin Benedict
Kevin joined the Imperial Traffic & Data Collection team in 2025 and supports transportation data collection and field operations activities for a variety of traffic study projects. In addition to assisting with equipment deployments and field support activities, Kevin has continued to take on expanding responsibilities within Imperial’s in-house operations team supporting video organization, transportation data management, and daily project coordination efforts.
Kevin currently holds an IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification and continues to grow his experience supporting transportation engineering and traffic data collection projects.

Technician
Robert Thomson
Robert Thomson has supported Imperial Traffic & Data Collection projects both in the field and in-house since 2018. Robert assists with transportation data collection activities including speed and delay studies, ball bank studies, queue observations, traffic field reviews, and specialized transportation study support for engineering and planning projects.
Although retired, Robert enjoys staying active by supporting Imperial’s operations and assisting the team with a variety of transportation field tasks and technical studies. Outside of work, he enjoys biking and skiing in Colorado.

Technician
Nancy Thomson
Nancy supports Imperial Traffic & Data Collection through a variety of in-house operational and administrative activities. She assists the team with data processing support, office organization, and helping maintain a positive and organized work environment for daily operations. Nancy is detail-oriented and contributes to keeping Imperial’s in-house activities running smoothly.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys bike rides, and ski trips.
