President
Lindsey Klein
Lindsey graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to establishing Imperial, Mrs. Klein gained 12 years of experience working as a Traffic Signal Operations and Transportation Project Engineer. At Imperial, Lindsey has manages projects in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New York. Ms. Klein is currently serving as Data Collection Lead on projects for PennDOT Districts 4-0, 5-0, 6-0, 8-0, 11-0, City of Pittsburgh, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, New York State Department of Transportation, as well as projects at the County and local level.

Vice President
Michael Klein
At Imperial, Michael oversees all field operations and data collection tasks. He has installed thousands of equipment setups at various locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New York. Mike holds a current IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification. He also holds his training certificate in Flagging.

Business Development
Preston Hitchens
Preston has over forty years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation engineering, intelligent transportation systems and project integration. His primary focus in traffic engineering is in traffic data collection, transportation systems management and traffic operations. He has extensive traffic signal design experience including design, operation and re-timing of traffic signal systems (closed-loop, central-based). He is familiar with all types of controller equipment, including electromechanical, Type 170/179, NEMA TS-1, NEMA TS-2, Type 2070 and ATC.

Office Administrator
Candy Butler
Candy is ITDC office administrator, overseeing all office functions. She wears many hats on a given day.

Data Analyst
Heather Furey
Heather started with Imperial in 2021 after coming from the computer graphics space. She is assisting inhouse with data processing and delivery, and is enjoying the day to day functions of her role.

Senior Field Technician
Nelson Rivera
Nelson has worked as a key field technician with Imperial since 2017. Nelson obtained his IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification in 2018 and remains current. Nelson is also a certified trainer for flagging.

Field Technician
Gaetano Petinga
Gaetano has been working at Imperial since 2022. He supports field work as well as in house technical needs. He recently obtained his IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification in 2022.

Daniel Resto
Danny has been working with the Imperial field crew for over a year. He is versatile in all current equipment used by the Imperial team. Danny holds his IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification, 2022.

Robert Garrison
Bobby has been with the ITDC field crew for three years. He holds his IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification from 2018. Bobby is also a certified trainer for flagging.

Steve Folmer
Steve has been supporting in house and field efforts at Imperial since 2021. . He recently obtained his IMSA Work Zone Safety Certification in the spring of 2022.

Technician
Nancy Thomson
Nancy works on occasion to support various inhouse data processing roles. Nancy is detail oriented. She enjoys bike rides and ski trips; as well as cooking.

Technician
Robert Thomson
Robert has been supporting projects for ITDC in the field and inhouse for since 2018. Robert is retired, but enjoys staying busy on tasks when he isn't riding bikes or skiing the slopes of Colorado!
